The Club are on the lookout for a volunteer Football Performance Analyst, to join our women's team in the FA Women's National League.

Abingdon United WFC are seeking a dedicated and passionate Volunteer Football Performance Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about football and has a keen eye for detail. As a Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our team improve by providing detailed analysis of our games.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse recorded games and identify key moments for further review.
• Provide detailed reports on player performance, team tactics, and overall game strategy.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Engage in weekly interactions with the coaching team to discuss findings and progress.
• Maintain a database of game footage and analysis reports.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of football tactics and strategies.
• Ability to analyse and interpret game footage.
• Excellent communication skills for effective weekly interactions with the coaching team.
• Proficiency in using video analysis software and tools (VEO)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passion for Women's football and commitment to supporting the team.
