Lauren will join United's backroom staff in the 2025/26 FA Women's National League campaign, and has already been involved, having been in our staff for Sunday's pre-season game against Oxford City.

Many United supporters will also notice that Lauren is the sister last season's assistant manager, Sam Froud, who departed the club at the end of last season.

Lauren said on joining The Yellows: "I'm really excited to join Abingdon United!"
