We're delighted to announce that Mimi Hodges has signed on for the 2025/26 campaign.

The striker had a prolific season with our Development side in 2023/24, which saw a promotion to the First Team squad last campaign, having already scored in the closing stages of the season before.

A rising star at United, Hodges scored a goal of the season contender in the first game of the season against Bridgwater United. She would go on to contribute to six goals in 22 appearances for The Yellows.

Mimi said on re-signing: "We finished the end of the season off on a positive note and I’m sure we are going to bring that same momentum to this upcoming season and show what we are really about.

"I am really looking forward to another season as a Yellow."

Manager Chris Smith said on Mimi staying: "There isn’t a lot you can say about Mimi that people don’t already know. She has the talent to go right to the very top and over the last two months she has added the passion and desire to improve also, with this together Mimi has the potential to physically win games on her own along with such a talented group, potentially we could be looking at a superstar.

"The group admire and are in awe of her talent, so to have Mimi sign for us again next season, it has the potential to be one of the signings of the season.

"The talent is in the group is scary, and Mimi can sit right at the top of that. #18 could be the standout for the season and we are all here to see it."
