Abingdon United took on a lively Abbey Rangers on Sunday at Wantage Town FC in the Thames Valley Counties League Cup Final. The yellows dominated the majority of the game and goals from Kiera Isaac (2), Molly Lygo (2), Amy Pipe and Beth Dunbabin contributed towards a 6-0 win against Rangers who had won Division 2 East without dropping a point.

Abbey Rangers kept battling till the end and will be a force to be reckoned with next season but Abingdon confidence grew as the game went on and secured the treble for the season winning the league, league cup and junior county cup.
